近年來由於國際油價節節高漲,環保議題不斷的被提起而許多的上班族紛紛捨去了騎機車而改騎腳踏車再轉搭大眾交通工具上班,本研究針對上班族在新環境需求下設計出具靈巧之折疊特性的腳踏車,並且為了確保騎乘者在夜間騎車的安全,也另外結合設計了一個不需要裝電池的自動發光輪轂燈增加整體設計。 在摺疊腳踏車的設計上,本論文首先利用專利收尋,分析將各種不同之折疊方式進行優缺的比較及分類,並且從中瞭解為了達到我們所要之功能的折疊腳踏車需如何迴避已有專利設計,之後利用3D繪圖軟體完成三個設計式樣;經由特色比較與討論後篩選出一台最佳設計,最後再進行可專利性分析探討該設計概念。 此外在自動發光輪轂燈方面,主要是利用磁生電的原理讓燈泡發亮並且裝於輪轂上,使得在騎乘的過程中側面兩邊的人都可以注意到並且減速慢行。最後本論文也完成摺疊腳踏車等比例縮小4倍的實體模型以及自動發光輪轂燈的雛形製作並針對製成進行相關探討。
Recently the global oil price has been raising and the environment protection issue has been mentioned frequently. A lot of office workers ride their bicycles and take the public transportation to the work place instead of motorcycles. This study is to design a nimble and foldable bicycle which is needed in new environment for office workers. Moreover, the design of wheel hub auto-lamp without batteries for riders to ensure safety as riding at night makes the bicycle design well complete. On the folding bicycle design, firstly, in order to know how to design around folding bicycles, in this thesis patents were searched to compare and sort each different types of these folding bicycles and analysis strong and weak point of them . Secondly, 3D CAD was used to design three models, the most suitable one was selected by comparing and discussing their characteristics. After all, the bicycle design ideal was analysed on patentability and discussed. On the wheel hub auto-lamp, it is set on the wheel of hub and the principle of it is that Magnetism produces an electric current to make the lamp light, so that other people at both sides of the bicycle will notice it and slow down their speed. Finally the phototype of folding bicycle, 4 times scales smaller than the origin, and its process of manufacture including the wheel hub auto-lamp were discussed.
