騎乘腳踏車雖然可以有效地節能減碳,卻有不易收納及佔空間的缺點,而折疊式腳踏車可以克服這些缺點。本研究搜尋現有折疊式腳踏車之專利文獻資料,分析原始機構,藉由TRIZ創新理論之技術矛盾、物理矛盾、物質-場分析、理想化設計等工具,進行系統化創新設計,產生一系列創新方案,解決縮小收折後之體積、攜帶行走不便及高失竊率等問題,最後擇一優點最多之創新方案,進行專利迴避,提出新型專利申請。為驗證實用性,並將創新方案製作雛型。 本研究研發成果及貢獻如下:(1)以折疊盒進行一般折疊式腳踏車的一段式收折,再利用轉軸進行二段式收折,大幅縮減折疊後之體積;(2)經折疊後,可以二輪著地推拉,方便使用者攜帶;(3)增加防盜功能,以降低失竊的風險;(4)具申請專利的價值。
While riding a bicycle can effectively reduce carbon emissions, but there are downsides such as storage difficulty and space consumption, but this can be overcame with folding bicycles. This study researched on the literatures of existing patents on the folding bicycles and analyze the original mechanisms through tools such as technical contradiction, physical contradiction, substance-field analysis and ideal final result of the innovative TRIZ theory to proceed systematical innovative design, in order to produce a series of innovative solutions that solve the problems such as the reduced size after being folded, inconvenience as carry-along, high theft rates and other issues to finally choose one of the most advantageous and innovative solutions to further proceed with design around process so application for new patent can be made, in order to verify the practicality and the innovative solution can become the manufacture prototype. The achievements and contributions of this study are as follows: (1) Other than using what other general folding bicycles do by folding once with the folding boxes, it can be further folded with using the revolving shaft in order to further reduce the size after being folded; (2) after folding the bicycle, it is provided with a user-friendly portability where one can push along the bicycle with it’s two wheels toward the ground; (3) increased anti-theft function to reduce the risk of theft; (4) obtains the value of potential patent application.
