摺疊式腳踏車是具有摺疊功能以便於攜帶的腳踏車。基本上摺疊式腳踏車代步功能與一般腳踏車的使用性能完全相同,在外觀上摺疊式腳踏車較為輕巧,操作上也較靈活,是順應現代人的習慣及使用方便上而發展出的一種代步腳踏車。由於摺疊式腳踏車的車架必須具有摺疊功能,所以它是多自由度的機構,且相關文獻並未有系統探討摺疊式腳踏車的車架機構設計。所以本研究目的是探討、分析與創新設計摺疊式腳踏車的車架機構設計。首先,分析現有設計的摺疊式腳踏車動作的原理及拓樸構造特性,接著訂立摺疊式腳踏車的設計限制條件並歸納出摺疊式腳踏車的基本設計需求以作為拓樸構造的思維創新設計基礎。進而利用創造性機構設計方法設計符合限制條件的特殊化運動鏈圖譜再具體化得到可用的391個新型的摺疊式腳踏車車架機構。最後,利用3D繪圖軟體繪製其中三個不同自由度的摺疊式腳踏車外型並模擬摺疊動作,結果驗證本研究所提有關摺疊式腳踏車的設計限制條件、創新設計準則、新型機構設計理論是可行的。
Folding function of folding bicycles is to facilitate the carrying of bicycles. Basically, the transport functions of folding bicycle are the same as the use of general using bicycles. In appearance folding bicycle is more lightweight, more flexible operation such as it is helpful to provide the functions of comfortable operation for modern people. As a result of folding bicycle frame must have a folding function, it must be a multi-degree of freedom mechanism. Literature does not systematically investigate the folding bicycle frame design. Hence, the purpose of this paper is to investigate, analysis, and creatively design the mechanism of folding bicycle frame. First, we analysis the topological structure and motion characteristic of exist folding bicycle frame. And, we conclude the design constraints and criteria of folding bicycle frame in order to creatively design new folding bicycle frame. Furthermore, we use the methodology of creative design of mechanical devices to design folding bicycle frame mechanism with satisfied requirement. The design results are 391 new folding bicycle frame mechanisms. Finally, we simulate the motion sate of 3 of the 391 new designs by using a CAD package, the results show the proposed design constrains, criteria, and results are feasible.
