摺疊自行車與傳統自行車最大的差異,在於前者多了一個摺疊功能。摺疊功能使騎乘者在不騎乘時可把車身摺合收藏,同時具有體積小、重量輕之優點,若搭配專用之收納背包還可將自行車帶上公車、捷運,可成為區間轉乘工具,十分便利。摺疊式自行車的摺疊機構之設計是否良好,影響了摺疊自行車的摺疊速度、舒適性以及安全性。本文針對這些需求設計出具摺疊快速且安全性高的摺疊自行車,將可作為摺疊自行車設計參考之依據。 本研究之目地在於創新設計出具有摺疊快速、安全且剛性高的摺疊自行車。本文提出一套系統化的設計程序,根據設計程序設計具高剛性的快速摺疊自行車。首先由美國及中華民國專利資料庫,搜集有關摺疊自行車之專利,並詳細研究分析功能以及機構特性,接著依據機構創新設計方法,合成出26個摺疊機構之設計構想(包括3個縱向摺疊和23個橫向摺疊),最後根據工程設計繪製出摺疊自行車,並將構想實體化藉以驗證整個設計理論。
Folding bicycle is a bicycle with folding function. It has the advantage of compact size and less weight, can be folder when not riding. It is convenient that we can carry the bicycle into the public vehicle. The design of folding mechanism affects the performance of folding the bicycle, the comfort as well as the security. If we can design the folding bicycle not only quick-folding but safe based on these needs, it could be the reference for designing the folding bicycle. The purpose of this thesis is to design a quick-folding, safe and stiffness bicycle innovatively, proposing a systematical procedure for design. Solve the quick-folding bicycle with high rigidity in accordance with procedure for design. First we searched the corresponding United States and domestic patent databases for the patents of folding bicycles, analyzing the functions and mechanisms. Based on the methodology of innovation design for mechanism, 26 folding mechanisms (including 3 longitudinal folds and 23 lateral folds) are synthesized for folding bicycle design. Finally, the engineering drawing design is carried out to verify the entire design theory.
