營建專案由於其縱向各階段劃分鮮明及水平供應鍊複雜之特性,加以執行過程變異性高使得營建專案資訊整合格外不易。由於營建專案習慣之成本及進度之規劃及管理方式,使得計價項目與施工項目無法勾稽,進一步造成後續營建專案執行時成本與進度管控之落差、業主與承攬商間資訊不對等,不僅使得績效管控基準無法有效建立、施工情形亦無法確實掌控、工期核算及估驗計價時常發生爭議。究其根本,原因應出在營建專案資訊基礎未能一致之故。 本研究提出以預算書作為營建專案資訊整合核心之論點,經由預算書之架構、層級之安排等建立編輯邏輯,改善營建專案管理及資訊整合之實質層面問題,使成本資訊得以與進度資訊回歸於統一基礎之下,並經預算書項目編排方式及內容之調整,改善過往營建專案資料電腦化之程序技術問題,並可作為資料建置之統一標準,並提供未來發展建築資訊管理模型發展之整合方向之參考。
The information integration of construction project is not an easy task owing to the following features: clear-cut vertical segregation, complex horizontal supply chain, and high execution variability. In addition, conventional way to plan and manage the cost and progress of construction project results in the distorted connection of pay items and construction items, which leads to the gap between cost and progress control in construction life cycle and unbalanced information between proprietor and contractor. Consequently, the baseline of performance control cannot be effectively set, the construction state cannot be clearly monitored, and no unified standard can be followed when a dispute happened. The root cause of the above issues is the incoherence of information basis in a construction project. This study proposed to use the budget sheets as the kernel of the information integration of construction project. The compiling logic of the framework and hierarchy of budget sheets was adopted to improve the information integration and scheme management of a construction project, thereby coordinating the basis of cost and progress information and ameliorating traditional computerized problems of project data. Recommendations are made for future research on information integration modeling for Building Information Modeling.
