網站幸福感之探索與量表發展

摘要


網路已成為生活的一部份,網站特性亦漸漸融入生活中。當網站隨時間逐漸影響情緒與認知時,網站滿意感與情緒應同等重要。網站幸福感係為網站滿意感與網站情緒的整合元素,可視為一個比滿意感更有效的行為預測因子。因此,本研究目的針對享樂網站幸福感發展一個衡量量表WebHapp。由期望確認理論(expectation-confirmation theory)、沉浸理論(flow theory)、與幸福感相關理論作為基礎進行探索,量表來源皆為網站滿意感與網站情緒之相關影響因子。過程中以item-to-total信度分析、相關分析、與因素分析進行量表精煉,並透過Cronbach’ alpha、表面效度、內容效度、與各種建構效度進行量表信效度檢測,並發展出聯繫性、資訊支持、情緒緩衝、自我成長、服務可靠性與網站滿意感六因子。以提供未來研究在享樂網站幸福感領域進行更深入之探討與驗證。研究結果可提供學術界與實務界在進行相關研究或實務工作上的參考。

Various social and leisure websites have a great impact on users, and some websites even affect user emotions and satisfaction. Both of the emotional and satisfaction are important. Website happiness includes user emotions and satisfaction. This study uses expectation-confirmation theory, flow theory, and psychological happiness theories to explore these website-related emotional and satisfaction issues to understand key factors of hedonic website-related happiness. Item-to-total, Cronbach’ alpha, correlation, and factor analyses were used in item purification process, and Cronbach’ alpha, face validity, content validity, and construct validities were used to examine the reliabilities and validities of WebHapp. Result shows a six-factor scale named WebHapp. WebHapp contains connection, information supportive, emotion buffering, self-growth, service reliability and website satisfaction. WebHapp is also developed to provide a research foundation for future website-related happiness studies. WebHapp also provides website developers and website service providers to improve their website services.
