流浪動物零安樂死政策新聞消息來源與報導框架分析——主流媒體與公民新聞的比較研究

摘要

2017 年正式上路的流浪動物零安樂死政策，不但社會大眾意見分歧，不同 媒體的報導方向各異。本論文分析流浪動物零安樂死政策新聞中，傳統報紙媒體 和公民新聞兩者有關消息來源和報導框架的差異比較。
本論文採取內容分析法，選擇國大四大傳統報紙媒體《自由時報》、《蘋果日 報》、《聯合報》和《中國時報》，與兩間公民新聞《peopo公民新聞》與《台灣動 物新聞網》等六大報紙，並經由卡方檢定，進一步探討消息來源和框架分析之間 的關聯性。
本論文研究發現:主流媒體多採用「政府部門」的消息來源，多呈現「社會 問題」的媒體框架，尤重以「人」為中心的報導脈絡。公民新聞的消息來源多元， 且偏向「關懷倫理」主框架，聚焦並關懷流浪動物的權益。

In 2017,the zero euthanasia policy for stray animals officially launched, the public has different opinions, and there are also different reports in the media. This research aims to analyze the differences in sources and reporting frames between mainstream media and citizen news in stray animal zero euthanasia policy news.
Based on content analysis, this research selects six major newspapers, including four major mainstream media newspapers “The Liberty Times”, “Apple Daily News”, “United Daily News” and “China Times” and two citizen news “Peopo Citizen Journalism Platform” and “Taiwan Animal News”, and further discusses the correlation between news sources and frame analysis through Chi-square test.
In the news of zero euthanasia policy for stray animals, this thesis found that: The mainstream media mostly use the news sources of "government departments", and present the media framework of "social problems", especially a "human" centered reporting context. The sources of citizen news are diverse, and they tend to focus on the main framework of "ethics of care", focusing on and caring for the rights and interests of stray animals.
