台灣製造業廠商中國大陸投資對國內投資與研發之影響

自1990年台灣開放台商對中國投資後，政府又於2002年放鬆對中國投資的管制，台灣對中國投資的規模以飛快的速度成長，與此同時，台灣的國內投資動能卻連年下滑，對於對外投資對國內產業可能帶來的影響，一直都是政府以及學界所關切的，因此，在本研究中，我們使用行政院主計總處2006年及2011年的製造業工商普查資料，以個別廠商為單位，針對其對外投資活動之於國內投資、國內研發與廠商勞動生產力，三個面向的影響搭配OLS模型與Tobit模型進行探討，在結果中，我們發現對外投資會對國內投資與國內研發活動帶來正向的影響，然而，對於國內廠商的勞動生產力則會有負面的效果。

The growing of Taiwan investment in Mainland China has become a popular issue after the regulatory policy was relaxed in 1987 and 2002. In this paper, we provide a practical research in OLS model and Tobit model based on the data of manufacturing census from Directorate-General of Budget, accounting and Statistics. The goal is to study the effect of increasing Mainland China Investment on domestic investment, research development and labor productivity. In the result, it shows that Outward investment to China has a positive relationship between domestic investment and research development activity of manufacturing firms; however, it has a negative effect on labor productivity.
