社群行事曆的育成平台及其商業模式

摘要


社群網絡效應在Facebook盛行後成為一個大家爭先恐後模仿並複製於商業模式上的對象,期待能運用其社群的力量發展龐大的商機。透過朋友推薦朋友的方式,社群網路其快速累積的使用戶和擴散速度讓許多網路電子商務平台多了另一個成功的道路。 然而不只是網路平台,隨著智慧型手機技術的發展,手機應用程式App也開始設計並結合社群的力量如Whatsapp。Whatsapp的產生讓手機使用戶產生了另一個社群App網絡,利用簡單的簡訊聯絡需求抓住客戶的社群名單,成功發展出社群網絡效應並配合低價策略成為全世界最賺錢的App。 本論文根據Facebook和Whatsapp,用行事曆的架構提出另一個擁有Facebook好友動態檢視的功能和Whatsapp聯絡清單隱私的社群行事曆系統,讓使用者可以透過電話簿維護好友名單;透過行事曆的同步檢視好友行程動態;透過類似於Whatsapp的動態伺服器邀請好友參與活動,使其互動方式不同於Whatsapp、Viber、LINE等App,且同時具有不同於Facebook的好友動態檢視功能,讓社群行事曆App能因其差異化和創新,順利帶動社群網絡的效應。最後本論文更進一步提出透過育成平台的導向,開發系統並設計合適的商業模式,期望能在這新的社群力量下賺取利潤。

Since the power of Facebook is realized, the social network effect becomes a role model and is widely used for business models in order to generate a strong cash flow. There is now a different way of being successful by the fast growth of members joining the social network and rapid acceptance of the social network in our society. However, it is not only the network platform but also the smart phone applications, called App, which have started to apply the power of the social network like Whatsapp. Whatsapp shows a different way of social networking by simply sending and receiving messages based upon the App network. It has successfully created a social network effect and has become the most profitable App in the world with the strategy of low pricing. In this thesis, a calendar based framework of social App is proposed to carry both status viewing of friends like Facebook and real time invitations like Whatsapp. The way of interaction is very different from Whatsapp, Viber or LINE. The status browsing method is also different from the Facebook. By differentiation and innovation, the social calendar App can create its own social network. Moreover, the thesis will tell more about how to develop the system and design the business model by using the incubation platform methodology. Finally, financial profits can be expected from the new created social network.
