企業導入雲端運算模式之決策分析: 以台灣某汽車公司為例

摘要


雲端運算蔚為目前資訊科技的主要趨勢,但如何選出最佳雲端運算導入模式,才合乎企業需求,並為企業帶來競爭優勢與經營效益,成為一個困難的決策問題。 本研究發展一個企業導入雲端運算模式之評估模式。首先透過雲端運算與創新科技採用等相關文獻的探討,以及彙整專家意見,建構出一個評估模式。其次,以台灣一家汽車工業的雲端運算導入為例,進行實證研究,以分析層級程序法(AHP)來決定準則之相對權重與排序替選方案,選出雲端運算導入之最佳方案。 研究結果發現個案公司導入雲端運算模式的評估準則以「組織營運價值」為最重要考量,「技術適配度」次之,而「風險特性」與「供應商能力」佔決策影響最小。透過本研究的分析層級架構,提供企業一個有效的雲端運算導入之評估模式。

Cloud computing is a main trend of IT development at present. It is difficult for enterprises to select the best cloud computing model that meets demands, enhances competitive advantages and increases business efficiency. This research aims to develop a model for enterprises to evaluate the selection of cloud computing. The evaluation model is constructed by compiling and reviewing literatures of cloud computing and innovation adoption. The proposed model adopts the “Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)” to determine the relative weights of evaluative criteria, followed by ranking the alternatives and selects the best cloud computing model. Additionally, a famous Taiwanese motor company is herein used as an example to demonstrate how a cloud computing model can be selected by this model. In conclusion, the results indicated that the core value of an organization is the most important criteria as adopting a new cloud computing model. Technology fitment would be the second consideration. Risk character and the provider’s ability would be the minor considerations. The proposed model helps enterprises to effectively select the best cloud computing model.
