汽車鈑金結構件沖壓模具之設計變更工法排程

摘要


汽車鈑金模具產品開發週期間,設計變更為時常遇到的問題,設計變更發生後經常需手動依變更內容調整模具工法設計,且一間廠商同時可能有數十套鈑金模具同時開發,同時為了滿足工法審查、管理專案與設計變更前後鈑件,一套能完整包含工法設計流程之專案管理系統便相當重要。 本文以Java網路技術建構專為汽車鈑金模具工法排程之專案管理系統,除了可方便管理模具專案及設計變更之鈑金曲面資料,並依使用者身分透過權限管理個別許可動作,並基於網頁基礎,因此可異地存取或編輯工法資料。 為了達到自動套用設計變更至工法的目的,本文提出一套比對設計變更前後孔特徵之演算法,並依據孔特徵比對結果及設計變更前之工法自動套用至新工法資料中。

Design changes encounter frequently during the mold product development cycle of automotive panels. Furthermore, the process planning should be modified manually with the changing content after design change has been done. There are many molds of automotive panels developed by one company as the same time. To meet the demands of process planning review and project management for sheet CAD files of design change, a project management system which includes whole process planning is significant. The project management system is implemented by JAVA EE and designed for stamping die process planning of automotive panels. It separates users according to different authorities which defined permitted actions. Likewise, the web-based system allow users to access and edit die layout anywhere. This article proposes an algorithm for comparison of sheets after design change in order to achieve the goal of applying the changes to die layout automatically. It is operated by using the comparison results of hole features.
