With the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and rapid changes in consumer needs, the compressor industry has been under great pressure to revise and adapt its business strategies in response to challenges. To examine how firms in the compressor sector address these challenges, this study aims to investigate the effective business strategies based on a case study of Rechi Precision. By applying the SWOT and 3C’s strategic model analyses, this research examines the market dynamics and proposes a business model map that can serve as a strategic blueprint for further growth and development. Results, implications, limitations, and future research directions are then discussed.
