無線網路雙模通道選擇濾波器之設計與實作

摘要


近年來在無線通訊技術上致力於以CMOS技術達到射頻系統的高度整合,藉以降低製造成本,特別是在藍芽系統與無線區域網路802.11系統上。雙模射頻收發機能夠同時具有藍芽與802.11b發射與接收弁鄏茪˙搢洏恲靋羲漯艘馱靋捫n,進而減少系統整合的成本。在一個雙模射頻收發機中必須具備雙模的通道選擇濾波器來同時對應於藍芽與802.11b系統,我的研究便是專注於雙模通道選擇濾波器。 在藍芽模式中,通道選擇濾波器弁鄐W是一個低通濾波器,而在802.11b模式中,弁鄐W則是一個複數帶通濾波器,並且必須具備假象抑制的弁遄C在本論文中,將會詳細的介紹雙模通道選擇濾波器的設計方法與實作,在實作上所使用的是台積電0.25μm 1P5M CMOS製程,操作電壓為2.7伏特。

In recent years, considerable amount of the wireless industry’s effort has been focused on high level integration of the radio systems in CMOS technologies for cost reduction, especially in the Bluetooth and 802.11 WLAN areas. A dual-mode RF transceiver IC implements transmit and receive functions for both Bluetooth and 802.11b WLAN in a single chip without doubling the required silicon area, thus can further reduce the combined system cost. My research is the development of a dual-mode channel-select filter for use in the dual-mode transceiver. The filter functions are lowpass filter and complex bandpass filter for 802.11b mode and Bluetooth mode respectively. In this Thesis, we will introduce the design of this dual-mode filter architecture and on-chip cutoff frequency tuning mechanism. This dual-mode channel-select filter is implemented in a TSMC 0.25μm 1P5M CMOS process and operates at 2.7V.
