This paper is to present a business plan for establishing a life coaching business that focuses on personal issue and time management skills in the Taiwan market. The paper discusses the trends within the life coach industry in the world, the status of the industry today in Taiwan, and the solutions available for meeting and satisfying the customer needs. In Taiwan, the 20–35-year-old age group are struggling with perfectionism, procrastination and lacking passion and interests in life. And they find it hard to make improvement solely by themselves. However, market research shows positive response on relying on a life coach. The customer can get one-on-one support and have a dedicated partner, guide, and cheerleader along the way. Lastly, a plan is laid out to start an online coaching business. The plan is designed to be low risk, low-cost endeavor and taking gradually progress to ensure the brand sustainability and high customer stickiness.
