摘要

近幾年隨著VoIP(Voice over IP)通訊技術的演進，傳統的電話網路漸漸被電腦網路取代，且伴隨而來的許多通訊應用如行動通訊(Mobility)，帶給企業員工更機動的語音通訊，進而提高員工產值與效率。對企業而言也藉由新的通訊技術降低營運成本。本文將探討網路電話(IP Telephony，IPT)於企業的應用，IPT對企業有何好處。以及IPT發展的趨勢，另外也將就IPT新的發展及在市場的契機做深入的研究。
隨著VoIP技術的成熟與寬頻時代的來臨，IPT帶來新的通訊技術已在取代傳統的電話系統。據統計於2005年時，IPT全球出貨量已正式超越傳統TDM電話交換機。此一新的通訊技術已是一種新的潮流與趨勢，終將完全取代傳統電話通訊。也將為企業通訊帶來完全新的面貌與革新。

The traditional telephone network is going to be replaced by the IP network due to the emergence of the VoIP technology。Also there are many applications developed for telecommunication like mobility solution。With mobility solution，employees can be reached anytime and anywhere to increase the productivity and efficiency。Also with this new technology, enterprises can reduce the operation cost due to the saving of VoIP。 This article covers the benefit of IP Telephone to enterprise and the development trend。Also, it will has further study regarding the new opportunities in the market for IP Telephony。

The technology of VoIP is quite ready plus the popularization of broadband， IPT will be the main stream in the market to replace traditional TDM telephone system。 The total shipment of IPT system is already over TDM system from 2005。 This trend is bringing a total new experience and revolution in the telecommunication for enterprise。
