越南應用BIM於數量計算之評估研究

摘要


建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling, BIM)作為當前建築行業的新趨勢,在建築項目全生命週期的資訊協調和管理方面表現出突出優勢。在越南,政府和建設組織也對BIM的研究和應用非常感興趣。然而,BIM在越南的研究和應用還處於起步階段。已有多項關於越南建造業BIM應用的研究和總體評估。儘管如此,仍然缺乏對高階BIM應用程序(例如:4D BIM 和5D BIM)的研究。 本研究是對越南QTO中BIM應用的綜合研究。希望能幫助越南政府和國內建設組織識別在QTO中應用BIM可能遇到的困難和益處。此外,本研究可以作為未來研究的基礎,解決本研究發現在越南QTO中使用BIM的問題。

Building Information Modeling (BIM), a new trend for the current construction industry, has shown outstanding advantages in information coordination and management in the life cycle of construction projects. In Vietnam, the government and construction organizations are also very interested in research and application of BIM. However, the study and application of BIM in Vietnam are still in the early stage. There have been several studies and general assessments on BIM application in the construction industry in Vietnam. Still, there is a lack of studies on high-level BIM applications (such as 4D BIM and 5D BIM). This research is a general study on BIM application in QTO in Vietnam. It is hoped to help the Vietnamese government and domestic construction organizations identify the difficulties and benefits they may encounter when applying BIM in QTO. Besides, this study can serve as the basis for further studies to solve the problems identified in this study for using BIM in QTO in Vietnam.
