礦區是土地資源受破壞最嚴重的地區之一,採礦活動造成的環境破壞致使大量被開採過的礦區土地很難被再利用。藉由設計適當的方法與技術將採礦土地恢復至可接受的地貌與最終利用方式,不僅可美化停採礦區,並且能將當地重要的環境特質保存下來,提供地質露頭,展現地球科學的重大價值與意義。 本研究的目的為透過地景保育與文化景觀價值保存的觀點,進行礦業遺址地景復育與再利用概念規劃。依據選取的礦山公園概念規劃方法,進行高雄壽山停採礦區環境分析評估與土地適宜性分析,依照土地適宜性分析結果與周邊特殊地質地形景點選址,建構出研究區礦山公園的規劃概念。 本研究建議將高雄壽山停採礦區內重要且具代表性的採礦遺跡分佈區,根據礦山公園概念劃定為礦業遺跡展示區,至於主要採礦區與登山區則可以分別規劃為環境復育示範區以及一般遊憩區,並進行局部復育與小規模的安全及賞景設施開發活動,如此不僅可保護特殊的礦業景觀,也可兼顧教育和觀光遊憩目的。
Mining area is one of the most seriously destroyed areas on land resources. The mining activity made the reuse of the certain area hard to be reused. By proper design of mining method and technique could restore the mining area to an acceptable landscape and final afteruse. This could not only modify the area where mining activities were stopped, but can also preserve the environmental characteristic, provide outcrops, and finally, show the importance value of geoscience. The aim of the research is to discuss the landscape reclamation and afteruse concept of Shou-Shan disused mine area with the view of landscape conservation and cultural value preservation. Environment and land use suitability were analyzed according to the concept plan of mineral park; the landscape reclamation and afteruse concepts of Shou-Shan disused mine area are constructed based on the analyses as well as the geologic and topographic sites. The representative mining heritages densely spread areas could be planned as mining facility areas. On the other hand, taking the main mining area and the mountain-climbing area into environment reclamation demonstrative areas and scenic areas is not the only way, but also partial reclamation and small scale development could be done to reach multiple purposes of mining heritage conservation, education, and tourism.
