專案群管理為現今軟體開發專案管理中的新興熱門議題,而在專案群管理過程 中,尤以專案群團隊間之衝突最令管理人員棘手。過去的研究發現「整合型衝突 解決方式」為較有效之衝突管理方式,是故,本研究探討專案群目標認同與專案 群中專案相依對於整合型衝突解決的效果,並以專案經理績效評估為調節變數, 試圖尋找影響「整合型衝突解決方式」的前置因素。研究結果發現,專案群中的 專案相依顯著的影響「整合型衝突解決」的效果,進而成功影響專案整體績效, 惟專案群目標認同未能顯著影響「整合型衝突解決方式」且專案經理績效評估未 能調節專案群目標認同與專案群中專案相依對於整合型衝突解決的效果。本研究 的限制為樣本數有限,在未來研究就需進一步探討變數間的相互關係。
Program management has been an important issue in today’s information systems development management. Among these importantprogram relevant issues,intra program’s inter-project conflict stands out as aninevitable problem during program delivery. This research aims to find out the impact between program goal agreement and project goal interdependence to integrative conflict management with project manager’s performance appraisal as our moderator. From our empirical results, we learned that projectgoal interdependence significantly predicts integrative conflict management and integrative conflict management can significantly support program performance while program goal agreement has no effect toward integrative conflict management nor does project manager’s performance appraisal serve a moderator within the relationship between program goal agreement and project goal interdependence to integrative conflict management.Due to the sample size limitation,the future research will be looking into more details of the appraisal mechanism.
