摘要

隨著科技的進步，電子商務的發展在世界上也越趨熱絡，尤其是亞洲地區，更是未來最大的潛力市場。但是電子商務若要成功，必須有賴於良好的物流機制來做協助。
　　本文研究了電子商務廠商在面對跨國市場時，從母國跨國物流運輸產品至需求國以及是否在他國設置倉儲物流中心等兩方面的考量做出發，探討能為個案公司達到成本效益最大化的相關影響因素。
　　最後透過建構模型，去探討個案公司在面對不同區域的訂單需求之下，應該在各國需求量到達什麼程度的時候， 於該國設置一倉儲物流中心，使個案公司能夠有效地將成本控制在最低。

With the advance of IT technology, e-commerce becomes a hot issue in the world. Especially in Asia, it is the most potential market in the world. However, the success of e-commerce depends on good logistics system.

This paper studies the related factors of cross-regions logistics and the factors of building a warehouse-distribution center. And by controlling those factors, when an e-commerce company face a cross-regions market, it can be able to do cost-benefit analysis to improve its decision quality.

We can also use the model in the paper to find the critical point of the annual quantity in each country, and then help e-company to decide at what quantity it should build a warehouse-distribution center to minimize its cost.
