具離心力調變功能之機械式防鎖死煞車系統設計與分析

摘要


本研究藉由發展一種新概念之機械式防鎖死煞車系統,建立一套完整的設計方法與流程。從基礎的理論模型建立、系統概念設計,進而透過數值程式模擬及實驗分析其特性與效能。本研究提出之系統使用一離心式離合器構成一組具有隨轉速自動調變輸出扭力之離心煞車裝置,作為本系統之核心元件。研究首先展開文獻搜索,探討各型式防鎖死煞車系統之原理並加以分類。其次,建立完整之理論基礎,包括離心式離合器之力學模型、車輪模型及滑差模型等。接著,依循設計方法及步驟,設定本系統之設計要求與目標並提出系統之概念設計架構。隨後發展一套數值程式進行模擬,藉由模擬結果得知該系統之操作特性,並透過參數調變分析取得該系統較佳之設計參數,再分別對本系統與一般煞車系統或傳統防鎖死煞車系統進行煞車效能比較。此外,本研究根據系統之設計架構建立一組實驗平台進行數據量測。由實驗結果與模擬結果相較驗證數值程式之合理性以及該系統之可行性探討。最後透過整車系統模擬,分析調變關鍵參數對於整車煞車動態之影響,並討論本系統裝載於整車模型在不同路面或不同坡度角之煞車效能與適用性。藉由建立完整的分析與設計方法,期望有助於其他機械式力學可調控系統之發展與研究。

The purpose of this study is to develop the design and analysis methods for developing a new type of mechanical antilock braking system with a centrifugal force adjusting function. In this study, we take the centrifugal clutch as the core item of the centrifugal braking system which can automatically adjust the torque with its rotational speed, and we have established basic models, developed conceptual designs, performed numerical analysis and experiments for the complete system. First, we take literature review for the principle of antilock braking systems and make classification for them. Second, the basic model such as mechanical model of centrifugal clutch, wheel model, and skid model are established. Then, through the design method, the requirement and target of the system are set up, and the structure of conceptual design is established. After developing the numerical method to simulate the system and establish an experiment platform for physical experiments, we can use the numerical and experimental results to analyze and compare traditional braking system and the traditional antilock braking system. Finally, the kinetic effects of different design parameters are derived by using the whole vehicle simulation program. Also, the braking performance and applicability with whole vehicle model are discussed in different road surface conditions and different slopes. It is hoped that the complete analysis and design method developed here will be helpful for the research in mechanical system with power or force adjustment.
