台灣青銀共居平台之創新商業模式研究

走過經濟起飛的時代，台灣社會正式邁入高齡化社會，有別於以往的多子多孫大家庭，婚姻轉變為核心家庭結構，退休的老齡族群不必僅是含飴弄孫，早期努力所累積的成果，除了讓老年生活無後顧之憂，自由、多元化與鼓勵追尋自我的社會風氣，使老齡族群樂於培養嗜好並追尋人生第二春，形成了新生代追求生活質感與積極發展人生的「銀髮樂活一族」。目前對於老齡族群的機構大多集中在健康照護層面，如安養或是生活津貼等，尚未有機構針對高層次的社交社會需求，而面臨空巢期的老齡族群，家中大多有多餘的空間資源。另一方面，現在的年輕人也不如以往僅追求物質滿足，更進一步提升到體驗創造層次，熱愛冒險、追求生活體驗的年輕人形成了「熱忱青年族群」，若能突破以往的服務照護模式，以共享經濟觀點交流資源與技能，以心理層次為交流基準，將能開啟銀髮經濟的新格局。本研究欲透過興趣團體尋找具有熱情與技能資源的銀髮樂活一族與青年族群，透過平台將其鏈結，以第三方角色將銀髮族的需求分級與任務化，媒合適當的青年族群，透過共居的方式進行深度對談與技能交流，並在任務執行期間提供優質的供應商，成為任務執行的最佳支援，使銀髮樂活一族能從青年族群獲得嶄新的人生觀點，青年族群能夠獲得空間資源與體驗學習，達到真正創造體驗，社會資源交流與世代間雙贏局面。

After Taiwan Economic Miracle, the trends in aging become a big issue to impact the Taiwanese Society. There were many extended families from past. After people’s family value changed, there are many people changed their mind to give up creating extended families and turned out to be a nuclear family. After people retire, they did not need to spend too much time to take care of their grandsons or granddaughters. Those retired people have more time and money to do everything that they want. Therefore, how to guide those retired people to find their new goal or new target to create their new life will become the big thing for this modern society. There are many healthcare organizations focus on those retired people and take care of them. There are many retired people have not only money and time but also have enough space at home. If we can find the new way to help retired people and those organizations to get success, for example, share different resource to each other. It will help them to create the new economy for those retired people. This research will target those retired people and young group, through the third party to help them and guide them from different missions. The Third party will be an important supporter to help them to find their new values and create their new life than get into a win-win situation.
