共享電動機車之創新研究

A Study on the Innovation of Electric Scooter Sharing

摘要


台灣機車密度世界第一,台灣擁有大量的機車使用族群,平均每兩個人就有一台機車,在這樣的環境下成就了發達的機車產業,卻也造成了諸如空氣污染、大量機車停放所造成的道路緊縮、秩序混亂問題。 另一方面,隨著時代的進步,綠色能源越來越受到重視,從2015年CES 展開始展露頭角的Gogoro 帶動了台灣的電動機車產業發展,除了在台灣打造出了全世界最大的電動機車能源網絡外,更讓環境友善的綠色能源理念深植人心,改善了機車產業一直以來無法解決的空氣污染問題。 然而除了空氣污染外,機車產業仍然存在著許多無法被解決的問題,像是大量的機車自有率所造成的機車停放問題。隨著近年來共享經濟觀念的興起,電動機車結合共享經濟的模式似乎成為了解決問題的方法之一。 本研究首先探討傳統機車市場之問題,思考共享電動機車要如何解決當前市場上的問題,並著手設計共享電動機車的運作系統。透過對定樁模式、無樁模式的優缺點分析,提出一個創新的共享電動機車運作模式,期望透過此模式來解決傳統機車市場之問題。

Taiwan is the most crowded motorcycle region in the world; one out of every two people has 1 motorcycle on average. While Taiwan’s motorcycle industry is the most prosperous in the world, it also causes many problems such as air pollution, illegal parking, and road congestion. On the other hand, as the world progressing, people care more about green energy. Since the first debut of Gogoro in the 2015 International Consumer Electronic Show, Gogoro lead the progress of Electric motorcycle industry of Taiwan, reshape the vision of green energy application in the future and also partly solve the air pollution problem in Taiwan. Nevertheless, there are still other problems that cannot be solved in the traditional motorcycle industry. One example is motorcycle parking, which would result in road shrinking and disorder due to the high owning rate of motorcycles. As the concept of sharing economy prevails in the world, Electric Scooter Sharing could solve problems, such as motorcycle parking, that the traditional motorcycle industry cannot. In this research, we will first discuss the problems of the traditional motorcycle industry, and then consider how Electric Scooter Sharing can solve these problems, and finally propose an Electric Scooter Sharing system. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the docked mode (such as uBike) and dockless mode (such as oBike), we will develop an innovative model to solve the problems regarding the design of Electric Scooter Sharing systems.
