混合磁鐵輔助式磁阻馬達之轉子最佳化設計

摘要


本論文著重在磁鐵輔助式磁阻馬達的轉子設計,以降低轉子磁鐵成本為目標,使用成本較高的稀土磁鐵及較低的鐵氧體磁鐵兩種磁鐵混合設計,並利用磁鐵輔助式磁阻馬達的高磁阻力矩特性,結合最佳化方法,得到力矩達150Nm的最佳化馬達,與原型馬達比較結果成功減少稀土磁鐵體積的24%並降低總磁鐵成本的15%。

This study focuses on the development of rotor of Permanent Magnet Assisted Synchronous Reluctance Motor (PMaSynRM). The target is to reduce the cost of the rotor magnet by using hybrid magnet including expensive NdFeB magnet and cheap ferrite magnet and the advantage of high-reluctant-torque PMaSynRM. Combined the method of optimization, the study develops the optimal motor having 150Nm. It reduces 24% of the magnet volume and 15% of the cost of magnet compare to the original motor.
