結合風水與建築法規於BIM模型之門窗尺寸自動化調整

Integrating Feng Shui and Architectual Regulations for Automatic Adjustment of Door-and-Window Dimensions in BIM Models

摘要


風水是中華傳統文化之一,無論人們是否相信,多抱持著「寧可信其有,不可信其無」的觀念,也讓風水優良的建築物可以有更好的價格。「魯班尺」與「丁蘭尺」是風水中檢核尺寸吉凶的工具,常被應用於門窗淨寬、室內高度、家具尺寸的制定,如今魯班尺標準主要用於室內設計和裝修階段,較少使用於最早的建築設計。 建築資訊模型 (Build Information Modeling, BIM) 可以讓建築模型視覺化與資訊化,亦可以藉由元件化的特性輸出相關明細表,或是進行建築分析與檢測,如能耗模擬、綠建築分析等,亦可以應用於法規檢測,達到減少建築師在對應規範的麻煩、降低人為錯誤的可能,縮短取得建造執照的時間,因此是近年來發展的重要趨勢,常從設計階段便會開始導入。 本研究期望將BIM結合風水與法規檢測進行自動化調整,讓設計者選擇大略的尺寸與門窗類型後,透過自動化功能找到符合魯班尺、丁蘭尺與相關建築門窗規定的設計。本研究藉由專家訪談與文獻回顧的方式,整理現今營建業對於風水化設計的感受與需求,並使用Revit API開發Autodesk Revit的外掛輔助工具,將自動化的評分機制與調整方式,用於自動化修改模型中的門、窗元件尺寸,以符合魯班尺標準,並同時檢核與門窗開口大小相關的台灣法律規範。 本研究開發之工具可以在建築設計階段為建築師提供更方便的風水化設計,幫助優化建築門窗開口的設計,並產出相關檢核報表,有助於減少風水相關尺寸更改的潛在成本,達到推廣風水化設計與增加BIM模型的效果。

Feng Shui is part of the inheritance of Chinese culture for thousands of years and has spread widely around the world in the past decades. There is no denying that most people hold the idea that "rather believe it to be true than not." Therefore, a building with better Feng Shui may have a better price. "Luban ruler" is part of Feng Shui and is focused on the dimension details of a house or building. It is used to measure the dimensions of a house or building and judge whether the dimensions are good to those living in it. Nowadays, the Luban ruler standard is mainly used in the stage of interior design and decoration. Build Information Modeling (BIM) is the trend of civil engineering development in recent years. It not only can visualize and, but also can building perform analysis, such as Energy consumption simulation, green building analysis, etc. It can also be applied to regulatory inspections, to reduce the architect ’s work on the corresponding specifications, reduce the possibility of human error, and shorten the time to obtain a construction license. In this paper, a framework for automatic BIM model dimension adjustment based on the Luban ruler standard and the regulations will be developed. Using Revit API to develop a plugin tool for Autodesk Revit as a demonstration, dimensions of door and window components will be automatically modified to meet the Luban ruler standard and the regulation. It is expected that the developed tool in this study could serve as a handy one for architects in determining dimensions in the building design phase, and, hence, help reduce the potential cost for Feng-Shui-related dimension changes raised by the owner later. Popularize feng shui design and increase the effect of BIM model.
