隨著社會與經濟的發展,人們對於電力的需求逐日增加,使得電力系統於國家經濟的影響力日趨重要,促使電網不斷擴大,用戶端對供電品質和供電可靠度要求也越來越高。台灣電力公司目前對於斷路器設備維護作業是依據「二次變電所設備維護週期表」,根據斷路器運作的時間與操作次數為基礎,以週期性的方式進行維護(Time Based Maintenance, TBM)。這樣定期維護的方式雖然可以使斷路器設備擁有穩定的可靠度,但實際運行的情況下,並不是最好的維修策略。 透過了解斷路器內部構造及原理,應用電弧模型以因應實際現場資料取得的困難,以軟體模擬電弧行為,使用小波轉換找出斷路器故障前的特徵,最後加入模糊理論作為狀態判斷依據,實際應用上則開發網頁監測平台作為條件式維護之(Condition Based Maintenance, CBM)工具。
With the advancement of social and economic development, the public rely on the power day by day and then it turns out to be soaring demand for the power. Due to the influential role that power system plays in a country’s economic performance, it causes the grid to continue expanding, thus users have higher requirement to power delivery quality and reliability. The current circuit breaker equipment maintenance of Taiwan Power Company is Time Based Maintenance (TBM), which is in accordance with “secondary substation equipment maintenance periodic table.” It is a periodic maintenance depends on running time and number of operations of equipment. However, the current way of protection may reduce the efficiency of maintenance, which hinders the performance from achieving the anticipated maintenance and forecast correctly the timing of damand of circuit breakers maintenance. This study is applying the arc model to simulate arc behavior by analyzing the internal structure and principle of circuit breaker. Then we use wavelet transform to find the pre-failure characteristics, and using fuzzy theory as a condition judge. Finally we try to develop web monitoring platform as a Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) tool for practical application.
