循環經濟在農畜產業的實踐商務模型研究-以宇陽能源科技為例

摘要


台灣以農立國,但是近年來農牧產業因為廢棄物與污染問題,經常被視為環保公害,隨著臺灣對環境永續的重視,資源再利用的思考模式從物質生命週期概念,演進為從物質生產、回收、再利用的循環利用過程,達成零廢棄之管理目標,這就是循環經濟的概念。 全台灣豬隻數量近乎600萬頭,每天每頭豬產生的排泄物總和共計12萬公噸,每年總量將近4,400萬公噸,可以填滿三座101大樓! 豬隻的排泄物若不經過妥善的處理直接排放,造成的環境汙染不僅可以毒死水生生物,甚至可以毒死「人」,但最驚人的不是豬隻恐怖的排泄量,而是這「只」計算豬隻的排泄物罷了! 宇陽能源科技本著愛鄉土,護環境的熱情,將養豬場的糞尿化為沼氣,透過重新設計產品和商業模式,促進更好的資源使用效率、消除廢棄物及避免污染自然環境。重新設計了服務內容及商品,從商業模式下創造農業經濟、產業加值、環境保護與綠色能源之實質效益,最終落實「循環經濟」之概念,發展台灣最完整的循環商務實際計畫,幫助農牧產業升級,實現循環經濟願景。 這份商業計畫使命非常簡單直接,提供對環境友善的技術,處理廢棄物的解決方案, 包含將豬隻糞尿、產生肥料、生產作物、沼氣發電、沼渣處理流程,形成一個具有價值主張的商業計畫。利用電子產業中的電解法以及新的區塊鍊科技,嘗試著在傳統的產業流程中,找到跨界科技應用的切入點。 而此商業模式在2017 APEC-ACABT 舉辦的一場國際性能源、環保議題脫穎得到亞軍,實際驗證理念於大豐畜牧場沼氣發電。其商業模式在於能將畜牧廢棄物,提煉出最高的甲烷濃度(~75%,高於業界~60%),使得Trash to Treasure 的路徑產生價值,達成零廢棄、全回收與環境永續主張。

As a country founded on farming , Taiwan was born and raised in agriculture. In recent years , however, agriculture and animal husbandry are often regarded as a culprit for environmental pollution and waste. Using the electrolysis method in the electronics industry and the new blockchain technology, we try to find the entry point of cross-border technology application in the traditional industrial process. This business model won the runner-up in an international energy and environmental protection issue held at 2017 APEC-ACABT. The actual verification concept was to generate electricity from Dafeng Livestock Farm. Its business model is to extract the highest methane concentration (~75%, higher than the industry ~55%) for livestock waste, making the Trash to Treasure path worthwhile, achieving zero waste, full recycling and environmental sustainability.
