停車位智能化商業生態研究—以位享停車為例

摘要


隨著國內經濟與移動互聯網的高速發展,國內居民的收入、生活質量得到大幅提升,機動車尤其是私家車的數量激增。大多出城市停車場智能化程度不高,停車場之間聯網程度不夠,車位誘導系統、信息公示不夠健全、使停車找位困難、找車困難、繳費排長隊等問題大量存在,產生很多資源的浪費。因此,如何解決社會停車難停車煩停車貴等問題,已成為中國停車行業深思的問題。因此本文以位享停車為例,擬通過策略分析研究智能化停車市場的環境,並構築智能化停車的商業生態發展戰略。 位享科技基於自主研發的可深入檢測車位的物聯傳感系統,打造預約停車共享平臺,將成為國內唯一的預約停車行業入口級平臺;平臺可以實現預約停車、找車位、精准導航等功能,繼而加入汽車後市場服務,整合全產業鏈資源,實現商業生態圈平臺的打造。 本文在研究停車市場策略及商業領域的成果基礎上,對智能停車的戰略管理的方法和工具做了系統闡述。首先分析位享停車的內外部生存環境因素,以及對位享停車未來發展所帶來的威脅和機會,為更好地分析停車市場的宏觀環境,我們應用工具---PESTEL分析法在六個因素條件下研究,然後從5方面分析中觀產業環境對項目的影響,我們利用波特五力模型和列表來全面系統的說明,為研究出位享停車的市場優勢和威脅,我們從微觀企業競爭環境的眾要素中逐一論證分析。其次是為確定位享停車的市場優勢、劣勢,我們使用了一些專業工具,如:價值鏈、內部因素評價工具IFE,來分析位享停車的內部生態的環境。最後,利用SWOT分析法整合匯總位享停車的機會威脅、優劣勢,提出位享停車的商業發展戰略,應用物聯網技術,以智能鎖樁為資源佔有手段,鏈接車主與物管人員形成供需關係,佈局大數據戰略,技術+資本助推商模創新,打造一個預約、找位、共享的智能化停車平臺;以上綜合分析,在這幾方面:創新商業模式、實施營銷戰略、加強技術研發和行業、國家行業標準參與制定等,提出智能化停車市場的保障措施,並研究出位享停車商業模式的應用價值!

With the rapid development of the domestic economy and mobile Internet, the income and quality of life of domestic residents have been greatly improved, and the number of motor vehicles, especially private cars, has proliferated. Most of the city parking lot is not intelligent degree, the degree of network between parking lot is not enough, the parking space inducement system, the information publicity is not perfect, make parking find a place difficult, find a car difficult, pay long lines and other problems exist in a large number of, resulting in a lot of waste of resources. Therefore, how to solve the problem of difficult parking, such as parking and expensive parking, has become a thoughtful problem in Chinese parking industry. Therefore, this paper takes the position to enjoy parking as an example, and intends to study the environment of intelligent parking market through strategic analysis, and construct the strategy of developing intelligent parking. Based on the self-developed sensor system, which can detect parking space in depth, the technology will be the only entry-level platform for parking industry. The platform can realize the function such as booking parking, finding parking space, precise navigation, then join the service of the market after the automobile, integrate the whole industry chain resources, realize the construction of the business ecological platform. Firstly, this paper summarizes the research achievements of domestic and foreign strategic management and business ecology, and introduces the methods and tools of strategic management of intelligent parking. Firstly, the paper analyzes the ecological environment of parking, analyzes the macro environment of parking market by using the PESTEL analysis, analyzes the Meso industrial environment by using the Porter Five Force model, analyzes the competitive environment of micro enterprises, and finally determines the market advantage and threat of parking. The second is to analyze the internal ecological environment of niche parking, using the value chain and the internal factor evaluation tool IFE, analyze the internal ecological environment of niche parking, and determine the market advantages and disadvantages of niche parking. Third, using SWOT analysis to integrate the opportunity threats and advantages and disadvantages of parking, put forward the commercial development strategy of parking, applying the Internet of things technology, using the intelligent locking pile as the means of resource possession, linking the owner and the property manager to form the supply and demand relationship, layout the big data strategy, technology + capital to help commercial model innovation, and build an intelligent parking platform for booking, locating and sharing. Fourth, on the basis of the above comprehensive summary analysis, from the innovative business model, implementation of marketing strategy, strengthening technology research and development, industry, national industry standards, etc., proposed intelligent parking market safeguards, and study the application value of parking business model!
