This article uses Taiwan’s PSFD data and the US’s PSID data to capture the data of women’s labor supply in the two countries to analyze the similarities and differences. In the article, we use Probit model and Tobit model. And we used the dynamic structure and two-tier model. The model explores what factors affect married women’s participation in the labor market, and what factors will affect their working hours after joining the market. Finally, it is found that Taiwanese women will take more time to work, while the United States is black women. The interesting point is that the higher the education level of women, their willingness to participate in labor will increase, but their participation in labor time will be shorter with the higher education level.
