In the emergency department of some larger hospital, It is always a problem to settle down a huge amount of patients. The main purpose of this research is improving the service and management in emergency department by using wireless communication, smart phone, combining HIS service. When the patients need help, they can get responses and be satisfied by our system in shorter time. The medical staffs can also settle some requests and find where their patients are by this system. It makes medical staffs easily take less time to solve problem, so the quality of service is improved. The indoor positioning system is based on Bluetooth Low Energy(BLE) technology, and by evaluating the Received Signal Strength(RSSI) to judge the distance to the iBeacon. By our experiment in the hospital environment, it can reach 88.09% accuracy to the right position. And the system also improved the display method, which can also help medical staffs to find their patient more quickly. Building individual communicating platform provides the patients, doctors, and nurses have convenient and private communication channels. This system also helps patients to understand the notice and announcement of the emergency room, so that can reach higher service quality.
