台灣半導體產業的發展在於不同時期的應用市場驅使下,產業聚落歷經整合元件設計(IDM)時期,發展到專業晶圓代工(Foundry)的新典範,更帶動兩岸如雨後春筍般的晶片設計公司(Fabless, Design House)。在產業的演化中,不同的企業轉型決策可以是併購合作、或是切割出新企業背水一戰,該如何充分了解自身核心能力及成長過程形成的關鍵因素,因應潮流趨勢以調整組織及商業策略,邁向永續經營之路。 本研究分析個案N公司,理解其在產品線發展組合及客戶經營方法,在各階段進行的策略與改變,作為經營多元產品線企業的資源佈局和發展規劃參考。
The semiconductor industry in Taiwan is driven by different generation application market, and relaed industry clusters have gone throung IDM to Foundry that created a brand new paradiam in the world. The transformation also inspires lots of start-up Fabless IC design house not only in Taiwan but also in mainland China. In the industry evolution, firms can choose various business descision like M&A, spin-off.., etc. As sustainability plan, how to understand its core competence and formed key factors during business growth process, then adjust the oragnizaition and strategy in order to adapt market trend will be important. The case study is about our understanding on combinational product lines operatoin and related manner of customer management, varities of business strategy during different development stages. Diversified manament firms may refer the conclusion on resource arrangement and growth planning.
