地震預警及結構動態反應監測可行性分析 ─ 以大台北地區住宅建築為例

摘要


有鑑於資訊與通訊科技的進步,在我們的日常生活上早與和科技緊密結合。未來在食衣住行方面都會因為科技而改變,而這樣的改變通常都由大都會型城市開始,目前在國內我們擁有科技產業的這項的優勢,可以藉由半導體的技術達到許多的可能性。 過去在規劃智慧型建築的著重通常都以節能、防火為首要考量,本研究將以地震防災為出發點,作為與智慧型建築結合的研究途徑。 首先,進行專家(含一般民眾及欲購屋民眾、建設、營造、機電等專家們)的問卷調查,進一步瞭解專家們需求與認知;繼而針對台灣主要地震量測系統民間廠商進行訪談,瞭解業界地震預警與結構物監測的發展現況。針對前述專家們觀點所彙總而成多項需求構面,本研究再以「實證法」驗證地震預警與結構物監測系統(Earthquakes Warning System and Structural Health Monitoring)之發展的可行性。 本研究透過科技化能夠更為提升住宅建築的地震防災安全,在系統建置上提供實用與整合性解決方案,以滿足使用的需求與提升住宅建築安全為主。同時,期盼本研究結果可作為未來提供更安全更優良之智慧型建築防震系統設計時,參酌仿效之標竿性資料。

Given the progress of information and telecommunication, our daily lives have already got together closely with both of them. Our future lives will be changed due to the advanced technology; these changes will happen from the main metropolitan areas. At present, we are having this advantage – semiconductor industry that could create many possibilities for us. In the past, while planning intelligence buildings, we all focus on energy conservation and fireproof. However, this research will take the earthquake as the starting point and use it as a study access to intelligence buildings application. First of all, this research started from creating the questionnaires for specialists (including the public, people with house requirement, contractors, construction companies, electromechanical specialists and etc.) and then understood specialists’ needs and cognition; further raised the detail interviews to realize the current situation Earthquakes Warning System and Structural Health Monitoring. Pointing at the mentioned viewpoints from users and specialists, this research verified the practicability of Earthquakes Warning System and Structural Health Monitoring by “positive analysis”. This research tries to improve the housing earthquake safety with this technology and offer an integrated and useful solution to satisfy users’ needs and ameliorate the residential buildings. Meanwhile, in hopes that this research could set a better and safer standard of Security Surveillance System field and become a reference benchmark.
