短路截段式微帶線帶通濾波器

Shorted-Stub Microstrip Bandpass Filters

摘要


本論文主要是經由步階式阻抗共振器取代傳統短路四分之ㄧ波長共振器,並透過共振器間連接線段的位置來控制耦合量,進而以耦合共振的方式來實現不同頻寬之短路截段式帶通濾波器。以此架構實現之濾波器會在通帶外產生倍頻及非理想響應,在本論文中也有介紹如何抑制倍頻及非理想響應,並且有其模擬和量測結果之比較。 此外,本論文採用最佳化散佈式帶通濾波器架構來實現兩種不同頻寬之寬頻帶通濾波器,且將其模擬和量測結果之比較,並討論其頻寬上的限制及實作上所遇到的問題。

In this thesis, the stepped-impedance resonators are used to replace the traditional quarter-wavelength shorted stub resonators in implementing the filters composed of coupled resonators. By varying the connecting line position between two resonators, one can effectively change the coupling so that the shorted-stub bandpass filters with various bandwidths may be realized.To suppress the harmonic spurious response, associated with the proposed filters ,the low-pass filters are incorporated in the filter design. Besides,the optimal distributed structures are used to realize the wideband bandpass filters. The limit of the bandwidth and the practical consideration are also discussed in the thesis.
