夾芯積層板之製程模流分析與應用

摘要


大型FRP結構中常使用夾芯材料來增加厚度,強化彎曲剛性,並以真空灌注的技術來製造構件。 本文將探討夾芯材料在真空灌注時之特性,建立相關的滲透參數,並結合纖維材的滲透相關參數,應用數值模流軟體RTM-Worx加以分析,透過軟體的模擬機制,來得到各種積層組合之滲透率,可於大型構件灌注前事先模擬,找尋適當的佈管形式,以提升灌注效率。 若能更精確的掌握夾芯結構於真空製程之特性,對製程施工上將是一大福音,亦可提昇產品的品質、增加競爭力。

Nowadays, FRP have played an important role in modern industry. The core material is always used in FRP to improve the bending stiffness. For large FRP structures, the manufacturing method will be VARTM. This study is to investigate the property of resin infusion in sandwich structures. After understanding the process of infusion, the permeability parameters could be established and to check the accuracy by using the simulation software, RTM-Worx. Through the method of simulation, we could get the combination permeability of core and fiber. Using the software to predict the actual situation and find out the appropriate injection strategies will make the refusing process more efficient. Finally, if we intensively realize the character of sandwich structures in VARTM process, it will be a great benefit for constructors. However, that will improve the competitive ability, too.
