遊艇材料中添加CFM纖維對流動特性之影響

Resin Flow Properties of Fiber Preforms by Adding CFM during Vacuum Infusion Process in Yacht Construction

摘要


隨著VARTM(真空輔助樹脂轉注成型法, Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding)技術的普遍及改良,FRP遊艇及風力葉片的建造趨於大型化,而使得製造構件之厚度大幅增加;在厚積層的灌注中,為考慮樹脂硬化時間,常在纖維中添加輔助流動材幫助流動,如擴散毯(distribution medium,常稱之黑網),雖然黑網在流動中大幅提升臨擴散毯表面的滲透率,但在厚積層的灌注中卻造成表面和模具面(底面)的滲透率落差加大,而增加了封包(dry spot)的可能性。此外,傳統灌注佈管的模擬由於構件厚度尺寸相較整體構件甚小,模擬預估中較不需考慮厚度滲透率的影響。但隨著大型構件厚度尺寸的提升、上下表面滲透率差距加大,厚度方向的樹脂流動必須納入考量,以防錯估施工時間與封包發生之可能性。   在積層內搭配具有高滲透性質的連續纖維毯(CFM, Continuous Filament Mats,常稱之長纖)來輔助流動,將使整體流動速度提升,並在某些情況下使得上下表面的滲透率差距減小,相較於業界目前普遍使用切股氈(chopped strand mat)預置在積層中,長纖提供較佳的流動特性及強度,使得切股氈可被取代。本研究進行單軸、雙軸、四軸纖維搭配長纖時之面內(平面方向)及面外(厚度方向)滲透率實驗,利用商用軟體RTM-Worx進行模擬與積層纖維之灌注實驗比較。考慮長纖維在合理的流動速率下,提出最佳的置入長纖比例。並在研究的過程中,探討厚度滲透率測量中流體壓力(出口壓力)、壓差、纖維層數,對於厚度滲透率測量的影響,使得VARTM灌注模擬時能更準確的預測,並藉此提供CFM與多軸纖維任意組合時流動特性之預估模式與施工建議,提升遊艇結構真空灌注製程之效率。
