數位技術對電網運維管理的提升與應用研究

摘要


在全球數位化浪潮下,數位化轉型是大勢所趨,勢在必行。新一代數位技術推動數字與產業全面融合,帶來生產方式、管理方式的根本性變革。傳統電網企業在日常運維中面臨檢修困難、運行成本高、回應速度慢等諸多難題,無法滿足電力行業在新形勢下市場的需要。因此,電網企業急需進行科學有效的數位化轉型。 通過數位化轉型升級,電網公司可以提高其駕馭複雜電網的能力,將資料作為核心要素來提高生產力,可以充分釋放海量資料資產的價值,促進業務和運營模式的轉變,實現管理和業務變革,並使用“電力+算力”來推動能源革命,建設新能源體系。以建立覆蓋政府、能源產業上下游、用戶以及其他相關方的新能源產業生態系統。通過數位化轉型,將有力促進能源產業的轉型升級,實現高品質的經濟和社會發展。 本文對電網運維的數位化管理所需技術進行了梳理與總結,具體包括物聯網、大資料、人工智慧、雲計算和移動互聯網共五項技術。分別介紹了這些技術對電網運維的支撐,分析了其在電網運維的不同應用條件下發揮的作用。最後,本文以A電網企業為例,分析了A企業運維管理的問題,提出了融合多項數位技術的數位化運維管理架構方案,該數位化運維管理架構方案可以有效解決類似A的電網企業在電網運維中面臨的諸多不便與難題,同時多種技術的融合也為電網運維提供了一種可行的更加全面、安全、高效的解決方案。展示了數位技術與電網運維的有機結合可以大幅提升企業的經營與服務水準,為電網企業的數位化轉型提供了有效借鑒。

With the global digital wave, digital transformation is the general trend and imperative. The new generation of digital technology promotes the comprehensive integration of digital and industry, bringing about fundamental changes in production methods and management methods. Traditional power grid companies face many difficulties in daily operation and maintenance, such as difficult maintenance, high operating costs, and slow response speed, which cannot meet the market needs of the power industry in the new situation. Therefore, grid companies urgently need to carry out scientific and effective digital transformation. Through digital transformation and upgrading, power grid companies can improve their ability to control complex power grids, use data as a core element to increase productivity, fully release the value of massive data assets, promote the transformation of business and operating models, realize management and business transformation, and use "Electricity + computing power" to promote the energy revolution and build a new energy system. In order to establish a new energy industry ecosystem covering the government, upstream and downstream of the energy industry, users and other related parties. Through digital transformation, it will effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of the energy industry and achieve high-quality economic and social development. This article sorts out and summarizes the technologies required for digital management of power grid operation and maintenance, including five technologies including the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and mobile Internet. The support of these technologies for power grid operation and maintenance are introduced respectively, and their functions in different application conditions of power grid operation and maintenance are analyzed. Finally, it analyzes the architecture scheme of company A's command and control platform that integrates the above technologies. This digital operation and maintenance management architecture solution can effectively solve many inconveniences and difficulties that power grid companies face in daily equipment inspections. At the same time, the integration of multiple technologies also contributes to grid operation and maintenance. Provides a more comprehensive, safe and efficient solution. It proves that the organic combination of digital technology and grid operation and maintenance can greatly improve the business and service level of enterprises, and provide an effective reference for the digital transformation of grid enterprises.
