電力設備預知維護檢測技術之研究

摘要


本文針對配電設備送電運轉後,使用不停電的方式對配電設備進行檢測。定期歲修保養檢測方法固然重要,但是電氣事故通常發生在無預警的情況下,並且造成重大的損失。預知檢測並且診斷設備的潛在故障因素,可提昇供電的穩定性與可靠度,降低事故的發生率。電氣事故發生原因眾多,大致上為絕緣特性變差、施工品質不良、人為操作不當與外在環境因素。提昇設備運轉週期,除了定期歲修保養檢測外,也可於送電運轉中透過其他方式對設備進行量測,並且以模擬方式交互比對,及早發現缺陷並改善期望可提昇供電的穩定。 另對於設備運轉預知檢測其判斷之技術、標準、方法及各項檢測原理、檢測之優缺點,以及現行所常使用之儀器設備,本文均詳細加以描述分析。為避免因單一檢測法造成偏差而影響判斷結果,配合現場被測設備之各種限制,建議交互應用各種不同檢測法進行測試。最後,本文亦藉由工廠設備運轉之定期檢測,建立電氣設備趨勢管理,發現缺失後加以改善,以避免事故的發生並供設備運轉檢測維護之參考。

This thesis uses the on-line methods on electrical distribution equipments to detect their state of operation. Although regular maintenance method is important, usually the electrical equipments faults occur without any warning and caused heavy economy losses. Predictive detection and diagnostic of the distribution equipments to reduce potential failure factors are promoted the stability and reliability of electricity supply. Electrical equipments fault cause from many reasons, including insulation characteristics of variation, construction quality offensive, improper operation and external environmental factors. For increase the life-span of electrical equipments, in addition to regular maintenance is also available. Another operate and foresee to the equipment that measures its technology, standard and measuring principle, advantages and disadvantages measured to judge, and the current instrument and equipment often used, this thesis describes detailed that analyses. Because the rule of single measuring causes the influence judged result of deviation in order to avoid, cooperate with the scene to be examined various kinds of restrictions of the equipment, propose using all kinds of to measure the law to test mutually. Finally, the fixed measuring that this thesis also operated with the factory equipment, set up the trend of electric equipment to manage, improve after finding and lacking, in order to avoid the emergence of the accident and for the equipment to operate and measure the reference maintained.
