由於基樁施工技術的不斷進步,大口徑基樁已成為本土各重大工程的主流,本研究蒐集近年來台灣各地大口徑鑽掘樁的靜力垂直承載試驗資料,共計有30組資料,基樁的直徑介於1m∼2m之間,樁長則介於30m∼70m之間,藉由這些試樁資料建立出一套有系統的試樁資料庫。 基樁試驗資料的分析過程冗長繁瑣,為了更方便、快速的進行試樁資料的分析,並且提供一個視覺化的分析介面,本研究以Visual Basic程式語言開發一套試樁資料分析程式(PTA程式),PTA程式主要可以進行基樁垂直承載力分析,以及一系列土層t-z與q-z曲線的相關分析。 本研究主要探討大口徑基樁受垂直載重的行為,以及建立出各場址的t-z與q-z曲線,進一步可由土層的t-z與q-z曲線推估出該場址內,不同尺寸基樁的垂直承載行為,使得日後的基樁設計更為精確與經濟,再利用統計回歸的方式,歸納出大口徑基樁的垂直承載曲線特性,建立出圖表與關係式,以供工程設計分析使用。
Owing to the rapid progress in the construction equipment of piles in recent years, the large diameter bored piles have become the prevailing type of foundations adopted in Taiwan. This study collected 30 sets of pile load test data for analysis. All the test piles are bored piles with diameter ranged from 1m to 2m, and length ranged from 30m to 70m. The data recorded from a pile load test comprises large amount of data points. The post-process work is time consuming and needs significant efforts. In order to effectively store and deduce the test results, this study develops a Pile Test Analysis (PTA) program by using the programming language of Visual Basic. In addition, a data base by using Microsoft Access is established to store the data for all test piles. The data base has a visual interface for input and output, and is very convenient for engineering applications. The pile load test data are input in the data base through window-typed interface. Based on the data stored, the PTA program developed has the following capabilities: 1.It is capable of analyzing the ultimate bearing capacity of the test pile by using various criteria commonly used in engineering industry. 2.It can analyze the t-z and q-z curves from the recordings of strain gauges embedded in the pile shaft. 3.The t-z and q-z curves established can be used to predict the load-deflection curve of piles constructed in the same site. Besides, by using the data of 30 pile load tests collected, a normalized load-deflection curve and corresponding parameters have been deduced for engineering applications.
