場鑄樁載重試驗資料庫及網路平台系統之開發

Development of drilled shaft load tests database and web-based system

摘要


樁載重試驗對於樁基礎工程為不可缺少的重要因素,不僅可用於驗證設計與施工的合理性,更可為大地工程研究者用於發展理論公式時當作回饋分析之依據。但這些樁載重資料目前大多用傳統紙本文件保存並無完整之分類管理,造成保存時間限制、資料管理的問題及容易產生資料流失,且欲查詢特定資料亦相當不方便。 因此本研究收集世界各地之軸向場鑄樁載重試驗並加以分類整理,透過實體關聯模型(ER model )建構資料庫之結構模型,並將其編輯及有系統的輸入MySQL資料庫系統中。透過MySQL資料庫系統能有效地管控並可方便資料之新增及編輯。透過SQL語法(結構化查詢語言),使用者亦可方便、快速的瀏覽或查詢資料庫之內容。 為使資料庫系統能更人性化,本研究進一步以所建構之場鑄樁載重試驗資料庫再發展出一套網路平台系統,直接透過瀏覽器即可快速得到資料。藉此網路平台系統,所蒐集之資料可供更多大地工程師及研究者做為設計施工及分析之參考依據,達到資源共享的目的。 所發展之網路平台系統亦有資料上傳之功能,能讓全球各地工程師上傳可用之樁載重試驗資料,使本資料庫能隨時予以擴充,為大地工程界所使用及貢獻。

A pile load test is regarded as an essential tool not only for verifying the reliability of pile design but also for providing a rational construction. Moreover, the information about pile load tests can be used as bases in the development of theoretical formulas through back-calculation analysis. However, most pile load test data are in flat-file storage and are not well-organized. The lack of management of these useful data can result to difficulty in retrieval of specific information or even possible data loss. In this study, axial drilled shaft load test data were collected from around the world and were collated. The Entity-Relationship (ER model) model was used to design the structure of the database in order to store and manipulate the data in the MySQL database system. Through the MySQL database, an administrator can effectively manage the database information, and can easily store and manipulate data. Further, the use of SQL (Structured Query Language) provides quick browsing or query from the information contained in the database. To develop a more user-friendly database system, after completion of the drilled shaft load test database, a web-based system was developed. The web-based system enabled direct browsing and faster retrieval of pile load test information. To achieve the purpose of data sharing, this system is made accessible to geotechnical engineers and researchers. The data can be useful bases for design and construction analysis. The web-based system also includes “upload” function which allows user to upload useful and essential pile load test data. This can permit the extensibility of the database resulting to better contribution in the field of geotechnical engineering.
