本研究目的在於提供一種LED燈具光學的分析方法,利用測量所得之LED單元的配光、光譜、以及物體面的光譜反射率,分析LED燈具在物體面上的照明效果。 在LED單元的測量中,發現當距離超過21.5cm時,配光線將不再隨距離而改變,可以將LED單元視為點光源,以此為基礎,分析LED燈具的照明效果。所得到結果,在光照度分佈的最大誤差約為10%,而色度分佈的最大色差在0.1左右,雖然有一段差距,但仍然可以看出照明的趨勢。接下來再探討LED單元以方型及長條型排列時,LED單元間距與光照度分佈以及色度分佈的關係,得到以下結論LED燈具在LED單元間距極小,及燈距大(3X4排列,LED單元間距10cm,燈距大於1.7m)的情況下可以將LED燈具視為點光源,而色彩均勻度會受到LED單元的配光,排列方式,以及LED單元間距…等的影響,而在遠距照的情況下,以配光影響最大。
This research purpose utilizes Candlepower-Distribution Curve, spectrum of unit LED and reflecting rate of spectrum the object analyses the LED lamps. In the measurement of unit LED, find that when distance exceeding 21.5cm, Candlepower-Distribution Curve will not change with distance. We can analyze the lighting results of LED lamps by regard unit LED as point light sources. The greatest error in the illuminance is about 10%, and the greatest colour difference is about 0.1. There are much different between analyzing and lighting results, but we still can find out the trend lighted. And then we try to find out the relationship between the interval of unit LED of different arrangement and lighting character. We find out that we can regard LED lamps as point light sources when the interval of unit LED is very little or the lighting distance is very long. Example when 3X4 is arranged , the interval 10cm of unit LED, the distance of the light is greater than 1.7m.
