應用於雷射測距之可變時脈時間數位轉換器

A Time-to-Digital Converter with Variable Clock for Laser Ranging Application

摘要


本論文中實作出一組應用於脈衝雷射測距的完全整合時間數位轉換器。本時間數位轉換器包含三角積分調變分數型頻率合成器、數位傳收電路以及控制邏輯,實現了多種利用可變時脈計算飛行時間的測距方法。針對這些新穎演算法的數學分析亦被收錄於本論文中。本時間數位轉換器以65奈米互補式金氧半製程製作而成,在1.2伏特供應電壓下僅消耗27.2毫瓦之功率並達到低於1.3毫米的等效測距解析度。 藉由進一步與類比前端電路和光學元件做整合,組成一具單相位頻率的多模式雷射測距儀原型。本原型能在0.2秒內取得超過50米量測結果並達到毫米等級的精確度。
