熱舒適度對生理、偏好和注意力恢復力之影響

摘要


自然景觀中包含生物、水和大氣等元素,其中動植物和水體帶給人的感受已在諸多文獻中呈現,關於微氣候環境對戶外空間使用者之影響則著墨不多,因此本研究主要目的為探討實際自然體驗中,熱舒適度與生理和心理之間的關係,以進行一整合性的研究。 景觀之選擇是以貼近現代人生活的都市綠地為主要研究類型,並以台灣大學校總區作為代表,於基地中選取不同樣點以收集足夠之微氣候變化範圍,透過現地問卷訪談、生理和氣象數據的蒐集,探討熱舒適度中不適指數和主觀評估分別與前額肌電值和心跳速率等生理反應,以及環境偏好和注意力恢復力等心理反應之間的關係。 結果顯示都市綠地空間中熱舒適度對生理、偏好和感知注意力恢復力皆有顯著影響,在較良好的熱舒適感受下,生理反應較為平穩,心理反應方面則會對環境的評價較高,並且對注意力恢復力的感知也較高。 本研究結果說明了戶外熱舒適度對於各生理和心理狀態之影響,未來可作為空間規劃、設計和評估之參考,以期能夠發揮戶外活動空間更佳之效益。

Natural elements in landscape include organisms, water, atmosphere and others. The influences of animals, plants and water on people's feelings have been presented in many literatures, but how the microclimate impacts on outdoor space users? The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the thermal comfort and the responses of physiology and psychology in on-site natural experiences, then to present an integrated research. Since the urban green space is close to the life type of modern, National Taiwan University was chosen to be the site of study. To survey a sufficient range of microclimate data, there were ten sampling points on the site. The modified discomfort index (MDI) and physical responses (EMG and HR) were measured by instruments respectively, while the psychological assessments (subjective thermal comfort, preference and attention restoration) were by structured questionnaires. The results revealed that, in the urban green space, thermal comfort has significant impact on users’ physiology and psychology. In a relatively good state of thermal comfort, not only the physiological responses are relatively stable, but also the environmental assessment and the perceiving of attention restoration are better. The findings indicate the influences of outdoor thermal comfort on physical and psychological state, that can be used as reference materials of space planning, design and evaluation in order to make the better benefits in outdoor space.
