轉向幾何對車輛穩態轉向之影響與分析

摘要


本研究旨在探討轉向幾何對車輛穩態轉向的影響,並將結果應用於轉向機構,討論能否藉由改變機構尺寸的方式提升車輛運動表現。本研究首先建立一個具有三自由度的四輪車輛的穩態轉向模型,以Matlab程式結合Newton-Raphson數值方法計算模型,並建立模擬程式的使用者操作介面。利用本研究發展之模型,可探討前輪轉向車輛的轉向幾何在不同車速與重心分配下,對穩態轉向的影響。再來建立轉向機構模型,能夠模擬方向盤角度與轉向角以及外傾角的關係,最後提出四種調整機構尺寸的方式,分析其對轉向幾何的影響,並模擬調整後車輛的運動表現。本論文可做為發展一種可調整轉向幾何的新型轉向機構的研究基礎。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of steering geometry on steady-state cornering for vehicles, and to propose an adjustable steering mechanism capable of adjusting its steering geometry for improving the handling performance. This paper presents a mathematical modeling for steady-state cornering with Matlab program, and uses Newton-Raphson Method to find the solution of steady-state cornering. A graphical user interface of the simulation program is constructed to analyze the effect of steering geometry with different vehicle speed and weight distribution. Further, an adjustable steering mechanism model focus on steering wheel angle, steer angle and camber is derived. Finally, this paper proposes 4 ways to adjust the steering mechanism, and then discuss the performance of the proposed adjustable steering system for vehicles. The result can be the previous studies of developing a new steering system with adjustable steering geometry.
