本研究找出控制哪些參數對車輛轉向時的車輛特定動態參數影響較大為主要目的。為此建立一實車數據量測流程,並依循研究目的進行探討與確認,最後依此研究流程建立出一個具有量化指標的關係表。此研究使用陀螺儀、VBOX、和方向盤舵力器…等量測設備將車輛動態數據量測出來,利用量測的參數進行參數相互影響的關聯性評價,藉此找出對於轉向的行為影響較為大的參數,了解其影響參數過後,使用Adams/Car進行模擬觀察模擬結果是否與車輛測試的結果是否相符,並完成最終的評價表。
This research focuses on parameters which have greater impact on the specific dynamic of the vehicle when the vehicle is turning. To this end, establish a real-vehicle data measurement process to discuss and confirm the purpose of this research. And finally build a table with quantitative indicators based on the relationship of these parameters of the research. This research applies equipment such as gyroscope, VBOX and steering wheel rudder force device to measure the dynamic of the vehicle, and conclude the parameters to perform the correlation evaluation of the influence between the parameters to find out which parameters have great impacts on the steering behavior. After understanding the impact parameters, use Adams/Car to simulate whether the simulation results are consistent with the vehicle test results, and complete the final evaluation table.
