為了幫助臺灣的消費性電子連接器廠商於連接器產業中持續成長,利用關鍵成功因素分析法確認產業關鍵成功因素、提出成長策略建議。本研究首先透過全球連接器總體產業分析目前產業環境及市場趨勢,再由USB連接器的介紹與變革切入消費性電子連接器產業的分析,輔以五家生產製造USB Type C的領導上市櫃廠商及七家產業內廠商進行訪談,一方面了解領導廠商當前的策略佈局,另一方面透過競爭分析消費性電子連接器產業的趨勢,歸結產業關鍵成功因素,綜合研究結果提出可供實務參考的成長策略建議。
In order to help Taiwan's consumer electronics connector manufacturers continue to grow in the connector industry, this research leverages Key Success Factors analysis to identify the industry's key success factors and generate growth strategy recommendations. This research first analyzes the current industrial environment and market trends through the global connector industry, and then introduces the USB connector and its transformation in the consumer electronics connector industry. To better understand the current strategic layout of the leading manufacturers, and to analyze the trends of the consumer electronics connector industry through competition analysis, the industry analysis is supplemented by five leading listed consumer electronics connector manufacturers that manufacture USB Type C and interviews with seven companies in the industry. Finally, the combined results enable this research to summarize the key success factors of the consumer electronics connector industry and propose growth strategy recommendations for practical reference in the real world.
