台灣電子連接器產業企業總部競爭策略之案例分析

摘要


在全球市場激烈競爭及產品生命循環週期縮短的電子科技產業環境中,全球連接器市場競爭策略,也是企業不得不面對的議題和趨勢。對台灣的企業而言,在特殊的兩岸環境中,國家安全,政治力考量及國際高科技產業一波波結構性的改變,要在未來的全球競爭中生存並維持競爭力,首要之務是有能擁有全球化的各項產品、行銷、人才、研發、財務等資源策略思維,得以在優勝劣敗淬鍊中繼續前進,才能使企業具有國際化競爭力與永續經營的本錢。這也是目前台灣企業共同面對的重要課題。 在整個營運總部電子化的商業活動中,『產』、『銷』是在關鍵性的位置。如何訂定目標,解決問題,進行決策,達成目標,讓散佈在全球各地的跨國企業據點能同步運作並快速反應,使銷售、生產、採購、配送都能如預期運作,其關鍵點就在於建立完善的營運總部產銷協調機制。 本研究係以台灣電子連接器企業營運總部之競爭策略為探討方向,著眼於營運總部及其子公司和各據點間之產銷流程、活動和功能,以期瞭解各單位間產銷運作的模式,其主要目的在於探討: (一)長期觀察產業發展趨勢、應用面或面臨障礙點,深入分析結果發現:(a)全球化(Globalization),透過合併,朝經濟規模發展,將產品或服務具全球化競爭能力;(b)協同管理(Collaboration),如何經差異分析後,強化供應鏈管理,達到垂直分工,水平整合或異業結盟;(c)整合分工(Integration),掌握核心技術,整合相關成熟技術,轉換成高階產品或技術研發創新服務。以鞏固台灣連接器產業成為「台灣接單、全球產銷協調、設計及全球製造配送」之營運總部地位。 (二)營運總部的設立及其功能探討。 (三)營運總部下,全球產銷協調的聯結合作和分工之協同機制。

Reduces in global market steep competition and the product life cycle period in electronic science and technology industry environment, global connector market competition strategy also is the subject and the tendency which the enterprise have to face. Says regarding Taiwan's enterprise, in the special political environment, the national security, the political strength consideration and an international high tech industry constitutive wave change, if want to survive in the future global competition and keep the competitive ability, the most important service is to get the globalization of product marketing and talented research person and development resources strategy thought and so on finance, can enable the enterprise to have the internationalization competitive ability with to continue forever management and the qualification. This is the present Taiwan enterprise's important topic. In the whole world business and commercial operation activity, "produces", "sells" is in the crucial position, How to decide the goal, the solution question, carries on the decision-making, achieves the goal; Let spread in the global each place of transnational enterprise foothold can get the synchronized operation and the rapid reaction to make the sale, the production, the purchase, delivers all can meet the anticipated operation, its key point lies in the perfect establishment of production and marketing coordinated mechanism. This research is to take the Taiwan electron connector industry transport business as the discussion direction, this research focus is between business headquarters and its subsidiary company how to perform the production and marketing operation pattern, therefore this research lies in the discussion: 1) in view of the long-term observation for industry development tendency and the barrier spot, follows need to be thoroughly pondered: (a) Globalization, product or service promotion to globalization; (b) Collaboration, through the variance analysis, achieved the vertical division , the horizontal conformity or different industry alliance; (c) Integration, grasps the core technology and integrate the correlated mature technology to transforms into the product or the innovation service, consolidates the Taiwan connector industry to become "Taiwan to get the order, the global production and marketing coordination and the global manufacture delivers" business headquarters status. 2) Business headquarters establishment and function discussion. 3) The global production and marketing coordination joint and the divides work coordinates mechanism.
