在本篇論文中我們以電腦軟體模擬的方式嘗試設計出半穿透半反射廣視角模態液晶顯示器,並進一步比較結果後達到其最佳化狀態,所有的設計都以在同一鉛直面驅動液晶分子為基礎。在參考相關文獻以及研究後,我們設計出新式的半穿透半反射式廣視角液晶顯示器。接著提升其顯示品質,並期望進一步使結構簡單化。 論文的架構以研究的時間點和改善的過程來作區分。一開始我們以PVA模態為研究主題,藉由設計的結構及參數的分析調校來達到反射及穿透部分電壓-光穿透率曲線的搭配;接著我們進入下一個IPS模態的研究,在IPS模態研究中,我們考慮到了wideband的效果,以及在RGB三種主波長段的顯示表現,最後將調整各項參數,使IPS模態在顯示上的表現最佳化,使用於半穿透半反射式液晶顯示器當中。 大致上來說,我們已經以不同於以往的方式設計出兩種類型廣視角模態液晶顯示器並提升其最佳化。在模擬上,也達到不錯的模擬結果。
We have tried to design the transflective wide-view angle mode of TFT-LCD by computer software in this paper. We have achieved the best state so far by comparing the simulation results. All of our designs are based on driving LC cell in the same vertical plane. We design the new kinds of transflective wide-view angle TFT-LCD after consulting the papers in the relative field. We also improve its display performance and expect to simply the structure. The paper content can be distinguished by the time of research and process of improving. At first we set PVA mode is our first subject. We achieve the match of R-V curve and T-V curve by designing structure and analyzing parameters. Then we start IPS mode research in the next step. In this case ,we consider the wideband’s effect and the display performance under RGB dominate wavelength.. Then we adjust every parameter in our structure and apply it into transflective TFT-LCD. In briefly, we have designed two kinds of wide-view angle mode of TFT-LCD in the method different from others. We also get good results in our simulation.
