Abstract The business plan introduces “WhereArt,” which is an online art website showing art-related information such as exhibitions and galleries happening in Taipei city. The idea of WhereArt is very simple. The founders want art to be more accessible to every person and wish to bring art into everyone’s lives. WhereArt’s initial offering will concentrate on providing an art map with art information that is happening in the city. Then, WhereArt will focus on developing its competitive advantages including providing first-hand online art information through subscriptions to scouting and selling individual artists’ works online. This study evaluates the idea and logic behind the development of WhereArt and develops strategies for business growth by reference to numerous well-known business development and management strategies and principles
