晶圓代工產業未來發展的探討-以台積電為例

摘要


台灣晶圓代工產業領先全球,隨著全球電子產業的蓬勃發展,憑藉著創新的商業模式與優異的製造技術,加上無晶圓設計公司的興起與IDM廠產能的釋出,持續以優於全球電子業平均的成長速度快速發展,已成為台灣經濟發展的重要產業。 然而隨著電子主流產品的快速演進,競爭者在技術上面的快速追趕,並且投下大量的資金。如何能保有現有的競爭力持續現在的榮景,在各領域上都必須要有領先競爭者的長遠規劃與策略,所以對於企業戰略本身藉由五力分析與國家產業競爭力的鑽石模型與競合策略來進行一個完整的探討。

並列摘要


The Porter’s five force model, diamond model and the strategy of Co-competition are used to analysis the boost of the foundry business at tsmc Taiwan. The success is based on the wave of the breakthrough of semiconductor technology development, the innovation of the fabless business model and the transformation of IDM. How to keep the momentum, the competition analysis of tsmc/Samsung/Intel and the raise of mainland China are also addressed at this thesis.
