本研究係以本體論為基礎,建立離岸風力發電機資訊管理系統為目的。本研究有別於傳統資訊系統搭配之資料庫技術,使用語意網的知識本體語言且採用風能認證單位提供之專業名詞中英文對照建置風機資料庫,對風機相關的資訊做精確的描述,希望建立類別之間的關聯達到風機本體的推論與歸類,使得風機知識的呈現更具備完整性與意義。本研究蒐集產品規格、廠商資訊以及風力發電適用規範等,開發一套包含關鍵零組件知識查詢、風力發電機產品查詢、供應鏈廠商資訊管理、示範採購招標公報區、風機規範對應知識庫、風機詞彙訂定知識庫以及風機相關資訊推理等功能之離岸風力發電資訊管理系統,以利推動我國離岸風力發電之發展。此外,使用者介面採用Adobe Flex技術進行開發,該技術提供豐富的視覺化元件,提升操作介面的親和性。
The purpose of this study is based on the ontology to establish offshore wind turbine information management system. This study on wind turbine information system, different from traditional database is conducted by Ontology Web Language and certified terms in English. This study tries to obtain accurate description about wind turbine information and shows wind turbine knowledge with integrity and complete meaning. To develop a manage information system for offshore wind turbine, this study collects data from foreign and domestic wind turbine industries for manufactures of wind turbines and key components, as well as their specifications. The features of system include key components query, wind turbine query, supply chain vendor information management, wind turbine procurement tender interface, turbine vocabulary knowledge base, corresponding classification to wind turbine specifications and inference about wind turbine information. In addition, the user interface using Adobe Flex technology to provide visual components to enhance the affinity of the interface is also implemented.
