中空金奈米粒子及奈米壓印金屬在表面電漿元件上之應用

摘要


在本篇論文中有兩個研究的主題,分別為中空金奈米粒子光學特性研究,以及奈米壓印技術在增益金屬膜穿透率上之應用。 在中空金奈米粒子光學特性研究方面,又分為溶液狀態與自組裝薄膜狀態兩部分,前者主要觀察吸收峰的位移情形,後者則利用全波段變角度橢圓儀(Varing angle spectroscopic ellipsometer,VASE)量測不同分布密度,及不同殼層完整度的中空金奈米粒子等效薄膜的橢圓參數,再擬合出其光學常數(n,k) ,最後再將擬合結果與實心的金奈米粒子做比較。 在以奈米壓印技術增益金膜穿透率方面,我們成功的利用雙次壓印技術,在金膜上製做出週期性的二維圖形,並且在非孔洞陣列圖形下,增益了金膜的穿透率;利用這個技術,我們可以簡單的藉由選擇適當的模板週期及壓印壓力,成功地增益金膜在可見光波段的穿透率。

並列摘要


There are two parts in this thesis, including study of optical properties of gold nanoshells, and the application of nanoimprint techniques for surface plasmonic devices. In the part of study of optical properties of gold nanoshells, we measure the ellipsometric parameters of gold nanoshells with different particle density, and different hollow degree by using varing angle spectroscopic ellipsometer (VASE), and then get the optical constants (n,k) by data fitting. Finally, we compare the optical constants of gold nanoshells with conventional gold nanoparticles. In the part of study the application of nanoimprint technique, we successfully use the double imprint technique to fabricate two dimensional wavy patterns on gold film, and enhance the transmittance of gold film by surface plasma effects., We can also enhance the transmittance of gold film in the visible region by choosing suitable experimental parameters, including periods of molds, and imprinted pressure.
